Experience the nostalgic of Dubai with your English speaking guide on this half day walking tour through the city's heritage sites. Enjoy an Abra across the creek, Visit AlFahidi Fort and walking through different Souks to buy souvenirs.

We start from the Gold soukand continue to the Spice Souk and then crossing the creek by a typical Abra ride (water taxi).  You will have time to stroll through the Old Souk and passing through the narrow streets of Bur Dubai before reaching Dubai Museum, located in Al Fahidi Fort. The Al Fahidi Fort was restored in 1787 and is the oldest building in Dubai. The Dubai Museum exhibits arts and crafts, boats, arms and equipment for pearl-divers, we will visit the old district of Al Bastakiya which is named after the Bastak region of Iran, from where many of the residents emigrated. This district is famous for its narrow lanes and tall wind-towers, also called Barjeel. The more barjeel a house has, the wealthier the owner family is. After Bastakiya we are going to walk along the creek where all of the traditional boats lighted up at every night and sailing along the city serving dinner well known as Dhow Cruise we are going to have dinner on one of Dhow (Traditional Wooden Boat).

Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. The United Arab Emirates has conservative dress traditions.

Swimwear should be confined to the beach and hotel pools. Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops and villages.
